This distillery is situated very close by the historic boat lift and the new boat lift in Niederfinow, near Eberswalde. The manufactory produces fine brandies and liquors, with a focus on regionality and biological fruit cultivation.

The priority is natural products, so only selected yeasts are used in fermenting the fruits, and no artificial additives or sugar are used for the fine brandies. The liquors and fine brandies produced are sold in original apothecary bottles with a ground-in glass cap.

The distillery courses on offer provide an insight into the life of a master distiller, and of course include a tasting of the results on-site. Alongside the farm shop there is also the option of an exclusive dinner starting from 10 people (to be booked in advance) in the show distillery.
